These terms govern your use of hollifieldscaling.com and our free services. By using the site, you agree to them. Paid engagements are governed by a separate signed client agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.
Who we are
Hollifield Scaling Co. LLC, an Indiana limited liability company ("we," "us"), provides growth advisory services to businesses.
Who can use the site
The site and our services are for business owners and decision-makers who are at least 18. You agree that the information you give us is accurate and that you are authorized to share it on behalf of your business.
Free services
The Free Growth Blueprint and the free call are informational. They are based only on the answers you provide and are not a full diagnosis of your business. Submitting a form or booking a call does not create a client relationship or any obligation on either side.
The personalized paragraph in your Blueprint is written with the help of AI and reviewed by no one before you see it. Treat it as a starting point, not a final recommendation.
Paid engagements
Paid work starts only when both sides sign a client agreement. Pricing, scope, payment, guarantees, and cancellation are set out in that agreement and in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Not professional advice
We provide business strategy and advisory services. We are not attorneys, accountants, or licensed financial advisors, and nothing on the site or in our deliverables is legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. You are responsible for your own business decisions and for getting professional advice where needed.
Results
Any results we describe, including client outcomes and reviews, reflect those specific businesses. They are not typical or promised results. Your results depend on your business, your market, and how you implement the recommendations. Except for the specific guarantees in your signed client agreement, we do not guarantee any particular outcome.
Our content and framework
The site, the six-lens framework, the Growth Blueprint, our reports, and our other materials belong to us and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may use deliverables we give you inside your own business. You may not resell, republish, or use them to build a competing service without our written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit false information or someone else's information without permission
- Try to disrupt, hack, scrape, or overload the site
- Use the site for anything unlawful
Communications
By submitting a form, you agree that we may contact you by email and phone about your request. Automated calls and marketing texts are sent only with your separate written consent. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information and how to opt out.
Third-party services
The site uses third-party services such as Google Calendar for booking and links to sites like Google and social media. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimer
The site and free services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or revenue, arising from the site or our free services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site or free services is limited to $100. Liability for paid engagements is set by the client agreement.
Indemnity
You agree to cover our reasonable losses and legal costs if a third party brings a claim against us because you misused the site or broke these terms.
Disputes and governing law
These terms are governed by Indiana law, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute comes up, contact us first and we will try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days. If we cannot, the dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Vigo County, Indiana, and both sides agree to that location. This does not remove any rights you have under your own state's consumer protection laws.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept the changes.
