Hollifield Scaling Co. LLC ("we," "us") runs hollifieldscaling.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We do not sell your personal information.
What we collect
Information you give us:
- Book a Free Call form: first and last name, phone number, email, annual revenue range, and an optional description of your growth issue.
- Free Growth Blueprint: your answers, business type, revenue range, name, email, and phone number (if provided).
- Booking a time: the details you enter in our Google Calendar booking page.
- Emails and calls: anything you send us or tell us directly.
Information collected automatically:
- Analytics: Google Analytics records pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location, and how you reached the site.
- Visit source: the first time you visit, we save the campaign tags in the link you used (for example utm_source) and the referring website in your browser, and attach them to any form you submit.

How we use it
- To respond to your request, schedule calls, and prepare for them
- To generate and deliver your Growth Blueprint and its PDF
- To send a follow-up email about your Blueprint or call
- To understand which marketing brings people to the site
- To keep the site secure and working, and to meet legal obligations
AI-generated content. Your Blueprint answers, business type, and first name are sent to an AI model to write the personalized paragraph in your result. The AI is not used to make decisions about you with legal or similar effects.
Calls, texts, and email
If you give us your phone number, we may call you about your request. We will not send automated or prerecorded calls or marketing texts unless you have given express written consent, and consent is never a condition of buying anything. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time with the link in the email or by writing to us.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, under their own privacy and security terms:

Our team members see your submission so they can follow up. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a merger or sale of the business.
How long we keep it
We keep lead and form information for up to 3 years after our last contact with you, and client records for as long as needed for the engagement plus any period required for tax or legal purposes. Then we delete or anonymize it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- Confirm whether we have your personal information and get a copy
- Correct anything inaccurate
- Delete your information
- Stop contacting you by phone, text, or email
Email hollifieldscaling@hollifieldscaling.com with your request. We will respond within 45 days. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and we will answer the appeal within 60 days. Indiana residents may contact the Indiana Attorney General if they are unhappy with the result. Residents of other states may have similar rights under their state's law, and we honor them.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is for business owners and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
